Last night was absolutely horrible. I don't really want to get into the details of it, I'd rather just say I am very proud of myself for still working out and making dinner and sticking to my goals in spite of it. When I am on the path, I am rock solid it seems.
Today I am going to try and focus on staying positive and just getting through things. This weekend I might try and work on making some new recipes.
In a side note: An ode to the joys of dairy - Oh cottage cheese, how I love thee! What a joy you are in my day and how thankful I am that I can eat you with fruits and veggies and feel no guilt at all! Thank heaven to whoever stumbled upon making you.
Maybe tomorrow I will have something more to say about my actual diet progress. :P
