Happy to be here, and happy to keep losing! I've adjusted to foods/meals that work. I go out to eat, but only at my choices. My plan is to get in 7 hours exercise weekly, and I've been able to achieve this with planning. I'm eating and feeling better, and I'm extremely thankful. Oh yeah - I goodwilled jeans, the swimsuit I've been wearing the last few years, 4 shorts and 4 slacks - amazing!!
