Feeling good about diet, doing well on challenge.. Sticking to meal plan, doing exercise and checking in.. Last night I did have 2 servings of whip cream..:) .. Weigh in tomorrow morning..... Hope it goes well..have a great day!

Addition to my previous journal:
Feeling good, but at the same time, I'm feeling some kind of way, a little emotional ..... I have a birthday party to go to, don't feel like going. This will be good for the twins keep them busy and give me a small break :) I will pack a bag with all my low carb snacks and goodies - the last think I need is be off guard and slip on the diet.

I will be good today.. I'm going to try - I will check in later to tell of the days events.

Ok.. I'm back.. Went to the bday party...Had my low carb snacks and foods with me.. didn't even touch the bag...There was so much food there and I was so tempted. I am proud of myself because I DID NOT cheat but that food was looking good. Kind of confusing because I didn't eat that much - carb count was very low but the calories are high (6.32 net carbs and 1049 calories) so so confusing.. so I will see how this works out tomorrow morning.. Yikes

200.6 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
