Feeling good and back on the journey. I have started tracking, which I don’t love to do but I realized that I was eating too much - so while it was low carb, I wasn’t staying under any of my macros and old binge habits were creeping back in. Tracking works - anything to get me over this multiple months plateau!
190.2 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week

Glad it is working again. Yeah I think that is true, tracking is important. Creeps seem to easy!!!

Tracking is something I have come to enjoy. It was annoying at first, but relying on my memory wasn't working, and it's only getting worse. :D I started out just pen and paper with just what I was eating, eventually including how much, but didn't bother tracking calories until the past year. Now it's almost like a game.
