Down a tad today to 204.8. Good point for the week.

I did not have the best food day yesterday. After work the carb monster got me. I went home famished, and hurting a little from my wreck. So I ate dinner and got lazy. Then I asked daughter to "Get me ice cream!". lol. Anyway, yesterday was probably around 2000 calories easy, above my RDI, but nothing crazy. I need to finish logging that ice cream!

I have found this to be the case a few times recently. I cannot correlate it to a drinking weekend, or workouts. But sometimes I have a mid-week breakdown where it just seems I need an indulgence day! Or at least a desert after dinner! Maybe Tuesdays I will add a desert into the mix.

Maybe I was just tired and grumpy.

Anyway, I was asleep by 8. Was up a bit in the night, but tossed and turned back to sleep. Feeling better today, and I miss my bike!

Nice loss! I think we all have those days. Sometimes, I feel grumpy, don't wanna be bothered. lazy and in need of chocolate. That's my indulgence of choice. But, it rarly happens anymore. In fact tonight was one of those times for me, and the small pieces of chocolate I did have was waaaay to sweet for some reason, and before I could eat them like they was going out of style! Hope you have a great day, as for me it's almost bed time lol.

I've had a LOT of those days lately. See the (lack of) results it's given me. If anything use that as motivation to NOT give in. :) I feel that I am stronger this week - simply because I re-dedicated to it. I saw my own graph and thought "damn"... I know you can do it too, JP. The force is strong in you. ;)

Thanks guys. Fixed my bike flat and just finished a good ride. Was doing homework, but I just gave up on that. I got a head start for the weekend.

I keep healthier options around for times like that, but I don't know if Skinny Cow low-fat ice cream truffle bars or sandwiches are available there. I keep some favorite granola bars in the pantry, and measure out single -serving portions of dried young coconut and nuts liike pistachios or hazelnuts; choices for any snack monster that won't destroy my diet. That being said, you are doing awesome. I'm glad it's "cooling" down ; soon you'll crave hot chocolate, lol.
