um hooray?!
I am a little worried now that the challenge has ended and I've noticed that my cal intake has been creeping up. Last night we went out to dinner and I was so very good until we ordered dessert. We rarely order dessert and never since the new year. It was delicious though. I feel a bit guilty and am concerned I may punish myself with self destructiveness, like overeating and slacking off on the exercise.
