Had a cheat day yesterday, with a Oktoberfest beer at an Augustiner restaurant downtown and Läderach chocolate. Mmmmm.
197.5 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
