It's amazing how much weight I take off while potato hacking. The real trick is keeping it off while not eating just potatoes. I'm always so hungry for non-potato foods that I am wanting way too much food on those 2-3 days even though all the food is still within the acceptable food range. I just can't get enough! Potatoes are an amazing diuretic. I think I loose 5 lbs of water weight after eat potato hack. I am now certain it is wheat gluten that is causing edema and inflammation.
