Well, I'm down a little, but after the week I've been having we'll see if I stay down for next weeks weigh in. I haven't been eating as much and haven't been as hungry either and I think that's because of not feeling well and stress. That's what's kept me from gaining this week.
I'm feeling a little better today, and my voice is much stronger, so I'm going to try to get a workout in tonight, but I don't know if it will happen. If not tonight, I'm going to make myself get up tomorrow. I have to quit slacking on my workouts and get my butt in gear.
My hubby and I went over our bills last night and our "budget", that's never fun. With our dog's surgery and classes our bills are high, so I'm stressing a little about that right now, but I know that things will get better. It's a really good excuse not to eat out when you're trying to save money and live on a budget, so I'm hoping that helps us all get healthy.
Tonight I'm going to listen to my deep breathing CD and try to de-stress. A workout would probably be good to get rid of stress too, if I can just keep my motivation up until this evening.
130.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh wow, I wasn't paying attention and you managed to get down to 130! Very well done, so happy for you! Sorry on not feeling great. Stress always makes me lose weight too. Just try to keep it off once the stress level goes down! Budgets can be very frustrating. I don't even want to touch mine after buying a house, moving in, and buying a bunch of furniture. But less eating our is definitely a plus!
