Good morning all....

I have been off line for a week and barely kept decent records at home. I am having trouble with evening hunger and have not just fallen, but made a nose dive off that wagon several evenigns this week. Going to try to pick me up and get back on track. Blood sugar was up to 280 Friday morning, but back to 125 this morning, so we're getting back. No weight loss, but no gain either, so that is better than it could have been.

I've had trouble with night time eating myself. It wasn't until I truly realized how much it was holding back my weight loss that I am now able to get through the nights. I still have a few nights where I slip a little. The important thing is that you are still working on it and as long as you keep trying, you will succeed. I have found that drinking a hot herbal tea (no caffine at night) helps a lot and chewing sugar free gum. Also if you have something to keep your hands busy, buff your nails while watching tv, or something like that...it helps. Good luck to ya!
