Seeing a little bit of difference in the scale. It is way easier to stay within my calorie range without the extra calories from wine. I think I am turning a corner and REALLY looking forward to feeling thinner and healthier. Once I can "picture it" and "feel it"...I know it is within reach! I just have to keep it up!!!!!!!

Making choices on food is a lot easier when you don't have to worry about the empty calories in drinks. I stick with water or tea w/ Sweet N Low. Good job!! The scale isn't the only thing to look at, definitely the clothes and measurements. I love putting on clothes that would fit or be too tight and now they're too loose. I also love giving away all my bigger clothes. =)

youre right drinking calories is just not worth it. i also enjoy tea with lemon, or water with lemon. sometimes i do crave OJ so i take my time drinking just a little bit and really savor it. i used to down like an entire jug and not really even taste it. congrats on the new clothes sizes, thats such a great feeling!
