Whew, down to 208.2. Rode 23 miles this AM. It is a good day.

Yesterday went well, we did go out to eat at Fuddruckers, and I must say the junky junk food tasted especially great after not having it for a month (I did not eat out for all of Ramadan). So the fries were incredible, my chicken sand was to die for, and the apps I stole from the app plater were delicious. I had a Chicken Sandwich (Fried!!!!) with Potato Wedges. Prolly 900 cals or so, plus a few bites here and there of the apps. Took it easy at dinner, just a little grilled chicken and veggies.

Asked wife out today for lunch (I am off), but she declined cuz she has a goal (She cant seem to get below 160). Of course, I am free to offer advice, lol.

So, we are heading to LuLu, our big "hypermarket" for shopping fun. Will get chicken and veggies for dinner, and maybe some flatbreads for lunch.

Must get shower, and get ready, I hear her getting ready too.

Housemaid is downstairs doing her thing. XD

Lol, Joelae, I dont think that day will come. However, I do like McDonalds and other "bad" or subpar junk food a lot less than I did. Junk food that is properly prepared, and fresh, I think will always be tasty, lol

Ya know I was thinking, I eat out (on base) everyday, but that food sucks. lol, and I make good choices there, I have a plan.

Congratulations on being under 210...I have yet to weigh in this week and I've been tracking my food using my phone (much better with the new phone!) We're having a birthday party this Saturday, so I'll have a beer for you too (30th right?)...our friend's b-day is the 25th, wifey is 28th & mine is 29th...might be a bit of a gong show...I'm not expecting any progress tonight when I weigh in...too many beer again on the weekend. Later.

posterchild I LOVE that you have a gratitude list! Losing weight is a huge accomplishment on our own but we do always have to thank the motivators in our lives too! Although my "motivator" convinced me to get an ice cream treat at the gas station last night. hee hee. Good luck in your journey!

Love Fudruckers! Wish we had them out here. We have a close 2nd called "The Burger Barge" and the name is appropriate; you almost need a small boat to house the burger and fries.
