Surprised that I lost at all this week. Was on vacation and ate out once. Also ate ice cream and pizza. Glad I lost anyways. Now to get back on track. Hope to show a 1 or 2 lb loss next week. Will follow a diet plan this time.
199.4 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
