I am a 3rd shift stocker at Wal-mart. I love to read, Knit and crochet. I just joined Curves last week in hopes of getting the extra lbs off and more energy. My goal weight is 145 lbs. My current weight is 207.4 lbs.

How to count cals used at work
I will check them again. I do a lot of walking too at work. Especially now that I have been eating more fruits, vegetables and drinking more water. So have to go to the ladies room a lot.

How to count cals used at work
I work as an overnight stocker at Wal-Mart so do a lot of lifting and moving at work. How do I figure out how many cals I use at work? Some of the boxes are really heavy others are not. (for me that is). Hoping my Curves workouts will make those boxes lighter as I get stronger.

I weigh just about everyday too. But only put it on the Calendar once a week.

I'm on 3rd shift too. I just joined Curves and go there every morning when I get off work. I would say snack on nuts or fruit while your at work. Stay away from the vending machines. Other then to buy nuts or water if you don't bring them from home.
