Had some brownies and a alot of date square, have to start reminding myself that stress is not a reason to eat. that and having a head cold, those cold med's trigger cravings.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
