I am really doin it!
I tell you joining that gym was probably one of the smartest moves I have ever made. I actually have fun working out now.
I'm doing 60 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, and approx. an hour of strength training on Mon, Wed, and Fri. I also do abs 6 days a week!!!
I am seeing results so much faster than I was with just diet alone and my body is feeling stronger! I also have energy!
I know I'll be in a 2 piece this summer!! YES!
