I haven't been on lately but I'm doing my challenges! The p90, running,biking walking, extra crunches. I also started the "Green Coffee" veggie caps. Its been day 4... no jitters, lots of energy lack of appetite during the day..(It's nite time when I want to snack) The Green Coffee cap curbs the nite cravings & no the pills do not hinder your sleep. One cup of coffee has over 100 mg of caffeine while the Green Coffee caps only have less than 30 mg of caffeine. I don't do anything without investigation and I gotta say... this just might be the ticket!!! I take one 800 mg cap 2 times a day 30 min before eating.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
