I woke up hungry this morning! This is a good thing - it means my metabolism is actually moving. Yay!
241.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hungry signals are a good thing in the morning:) I can remember before I began my weight loss journey I rarely woke up hungry...I was a late night snacker. Yay metabolism!!! The Other day your exercise calender said POTTERY...are you a potter?
