I am 35 and someone who has put off too long loosing the baby weight after three children. I emotionally eat. Create a diversion from putting me first. Make excuses like: just this once and what the **** I'll have the whole bag.

Today is the only day I need to focus on. When I think of doing something just for today, I can do a lifetime of "just for today I will put me first, eat well and exercise." Instead of being overwhelmed by needing to do this tomorrow too. When I stop being in the moment I find the need to eat, to stop my emotions from getting out of control.

My journey is begining and I need to get out of my own way.
