Lost 5.5kg in 2 weeks by eating VERY strictly, exercising 4 times a week and NOT eating stuff that is not allowed in the evenings. Now I'm hoping to lose another 4.5kg before my trip to Bali. TOTALLY INSANE AND NOT ACHIEVABLE. But if I can atleast lose another 3kg it would mean the world to me. The last 3 days have been very difficult because I've relaxed a bit after the 2 week weigh in. HOWEVER there's another weigh-in in 12 days. I have to believe in myself that I CAN do this!
