Have to work on my coordination. Can't seem to get my feet and arms to work together. LOL I try to walk in place and do the ban exercises but, they don't want to work together like they should.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
