Not a big drop this week. I did give into some temptation over the weekend in the form of chocolate ice cream, so that probably didn't help, but I think still getting used to my new plan has something to do with it too. I'm just going to stick with it for now and make changes if needed as I go on. I want to get through a month first and see if I notice any changes, if not I'm going to go back to more what I was doing before because I was having success with that.

I'm struggling a bit today because I'm feeling like I'm getting sick. My throat is sore but I'm going to keep trucking along. My hubby has had a fever and been sick for a few days, so I'm really hoping this isn't the start of what he has, I don't need that. I'm going to go home and do my workout and keep eating healthy in hopes that if I do have a bug it gets scared of my commitment to my health and goes away. :)
