Back in March 2006, I started my weight-loss journey at 230 pounds. Here it is March 2008, and I am staring 145 in less than 10 pounds away! I have done it gradually, safely, and without cravings: I've ate more on this way of life than in the past when I used to hit the AYCE bars.
