As expected, the carb binging last night resulted in weight gain this morning, but I was planning on one of those a week, so that's okay. A side issue is what all this egg and tuna consumption is doing to my breath. Will be eating vegetables, kombucha, and sashimi in a bit of a mini-cleanse today, and see what results.
