Another almost 5K step walk this morning. Was cooling this morning so I wore a sweater. Very nice. Old Man is finally relenting just a little. Maybe I am finally washing away those extra sodium grams and calories from the last week :)

I actually hit 11k steps yesterday which is exciting. In the end I think I average out even when I have my low step days :)
257.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
