Body feels a bit poisoned this morning. Not too unusual when in the early stages of a weight loss program. Two glasses of water upon waking. I'm going to be following the no simple carbs after lunch rule starting today. Also taking a couple of sacks of stuff to GoodWill this morning as part of a life declutter.
