Well another 5k step walk this AM :) Not seeming to make up Thursday but at least I am hitting 10k on a regular basis! This is exciting to me!

The old man could not decide this morning if I was still258 or 257.5 so I decided to record the slightly lower weight. I need the Psychological boost of going int he right direction. I did not do "strict phase" this time so I never saw the 7-8lbs massive loss in the first week like I usually do...

Having trouble recording lunch. Went to Applebees. Dave and I splurged on an appetizer and I got the California Grilled Shrimp Salad. (salad was not outrageous but the appetizer was.) I probably have already blown my calorie budget for the day. Ah well we went to the movies this morning and did NOT get munchies which is a definite triumph.

Well it SHOULD be PRETTY accurate now. Minus the cholesterol and sugar readings because Applebees does not list those on their nutrition information. Also Fatsecret thinks the Twisters did not ring true on fat/carb count vs calries so I assume the potatoes may have been incorrect as well. I also could not tell if the twisters included the queso or not, on the menu they seemed to but the numbers did not seem to reflect both so I did two seperate entries but I don't know why fried potatoes would have 25 grams of protein. Ah well. Did the best I could.
257.5 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
