Well it is raining this morning so I decided to run around/walk inside this AM. I still made myself hit a total of 5K steps before I could make breakfast :) It was actually kinda nice. I tidied the living room put a few things on the walls and did a lot of walk/running in place to an A-Team episode LOL! Let the TV exercise program continue! :)
Old man is steady at 257.5 this morning not going to bother charting it just yet.

Did well with breakfast. Going to make this a better food recording day :)
