Well I made 10k yesterday...barely. So have not made up the difference for Thursday yet :) Ah well aiming at 13k steps again today.

The old man is grumpy with me even though I walked and ate fairly decently yesterday. We shall see what tomorrow brings when I visit again.

Off for another morning walk!
