Thanks! It' just I'm not sure why I'm hitting such a plateau. ): My ultimate goal is 125, and I've only lost .2 pounds so far this week, but I've been watching my calories, and I walk every day! ):

Last time I hit a plateau I actually increased my calories with proteins - I learned if you do not give your body enough to fuel your workouts, it holds on to the fat trying to conserve it for energy. Our body adapts so you may need to change it up - either intensify or change exercise, or add some protein to your food plan. Good luck!

If I can't give up, you can't either!! :] Keep on trucking lady, we will make it we just have to consider it a LIFESTYLE change for better health, not just dropping weight. You're doing awesome. Only 4 more pounds wow!!!

Thanks! lol I just think the scale is learning what days I weigh in and tricking me. Today I went down a little bit more, which made me very happy! We can do this! :DD

Don't sweat the plateaus! Change up your routine, more protein, less carbos, and more intense cardio (ask anyone who knows me, burpees is my poison of choice with trail running as my staple). There's lot's of ways to shake it up. And btw, use the mirror to gauge results as well. The scale is a good tool, but can't distinguish fat and water weight loss and muscle weight gain. Weight will fluctuate daily, so be sure to weigh yourself at the same time. I prefer mornings after getting up; it's more accurate.

I've been measuring myself with a tape measure, so that definitely shows more progress then the scale does. I'm going to try eating more protein, but the thing is, I have a hard time finding food I like that is protein rich, and not so fatty. Does anyone have any suggestions? And thank you for your support! (:

Grilled tofu marinated overnight in soy sauce and honey, Egg whites, tuna packed in water, light yogurt, weight watchers string cheese these are a few of the things I eat for lower fat higher protein choices

I love the idea of cheese! Do they sell that at publix or walmart?
