Ramadan is a really difficult time to diet. Your scedule is out of whack. Like this morning I woke up too late therfore I missed my morning meal. I ate and drank almost 24 hours after my last meal. Mind you I was neither hungry nor thirsty. I even went for a 40 minute walk in the high temps, it was 40 degress celcius and the humidity 99%.

What is difficult is keeping to the limited calories. THe kinds of foods to normal days is very different, in fact it is very rich foods, oils, creams etc.

I'll keep praying so that I may stay the course of this diet.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
