Incorporated Green Smoothies yesterday in order to make weight today. Was 227 even yesterday morning. Had smoothies with fresh spinach, carrots, pears, apples, kale and banana yesterday in various combinations.
223.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
