I'm not going to get too excited about this morning's weigh-in, because I always end up going up a bit over the weekend, and it's only official when it shows on a Monday morning! However, it's great to be so tantalisingly close to my next mini goal of 11 stone.

I did my scheduled workout yesterday - another 20 minute Dyna-Band session, this time working on my thighs and stomach. I stuck 100% to my diet plan, although I've counted my overall performance as "reasonable", since I did have a reasonable quantity of champagne, in celebration of finally finding out how much my bonus will be when it arrives next week!

155.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the great work!! Makes you feel great doesn't losing weight? So keep up the fanstastic work. I'm starting to lose again I woke up the other morning with some what of a cold. So haven't been eating very much hence the weight lose.

I was watching with baited breath this week with all those pounds dropping off day by day... WOW that was AWESOME work Leanne, so I'm so thrilled for you. Just keep up the great work and I'm sure it will stick for Monday!! ;o) Well, I'm certainly so excited because we are both 1lb away from 11 stone -- how fabulous is that!! Congratulations on your bonus too... double celebrations for this week with the weight loss too, so I don't blame you for indulging in champagne. You deserve it! Have a great weekend and hopefully we can smash through that 11 stone barrier. ;o)
