first day of Ramadan. It was easy, only 1 more hour to go before I eat again. I finished eating at 3:40 this morning and I will have my first glass of water since then at 8:47 this wvening. I must admit, by the grace of god, I di not have hunger nor thirst, but if this was a normal day I would have eataen so many times and dtill be complaining about how hungry I get. BUT not today. It was very easy.

Now the eating habits are really off the charts this month. Fried greesy foods, saucy foods, very rich foods that one would avoid during the year. But I am determined to not indulge at all, maybe just a little.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
