Day 37 Lost 1 pound this week. For some reason, I am not proud of this. Probably because my past weight losses have been 6, 6.5, 4, 6....Eh, just more for me to lose in the next week.

Down is good. And there are plenty of day-to-day variations that change how your weight is going to look. Some weeks you'll probably even go up slightly, and you need to be prepared for that.
But one key thing to keep in mind is that your first 10 pounds were probably essentially fake weight loss - made up of water and glycogen - rather than fat. At this point, if you keep this up, you're losing real fat.
