Still like a yoyo.

Have started to change a couple of things, hopefully this will help start the weight loss.

Looking forward to this change, thnaks to Marlene.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
