Hey yall!!!

I went vegan 3 weeks ago and I feel amazing! The weight loss is still happening, but I feel like it is now more consistent than it has ever been. For a person like me who loves CHEESE and all things CHEESE (If my house was made of CHEESE we'd be homeless because I couldn't help myself) you gotta know that I made the decision while crying hysterically!!! LOL

I have been boxing for about an hour everyday Monday through Friday trying to get 3 to 5 hours of exercise in a week. Even going to the gym to do weight training on Saturday!!!

306.5 lb Lost so far: 38.5 lb.    Still to go: 106.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Look up a recipe for cashew cheese. It’s very good. It’s cashews, yeast flakes, water and pimentos. I forgot the ratios but u need a blender.
