Again yesterday was a very hectic day. I have learned that when I am stressed and running around for others I totally neglect myself and my diet.

Yesterday again it was the same thing, I was in and out of the house all day, then cooking and cleaning for the family dinner that I really could not think of what I needed to do for myself.

Now that I am aware of this I will try a little harder to focus on myself.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
