Well, I have been exercising a lot. I do crunches every night, I do buttock tucks every night.. I walk every day and I am now running at least 45 minutes a day until I feel I need a day off. I believe every one has their way of listening to their bodies. Some times I get just a little bit tired of all the advise that comes my way on running, walking, crunching, etc. I have learned to listen to my body. Because of this I am making major progress. I feel that the best way to win at any weight loss is to stay away from the sugar and bad carbs. It is a proven fact that unused carbs turn to fat!!!! Unused Sugar turns into carbs that when not used due to lack of movement turns to fat. Some times when I run I feel that I need a boost so I do in fact have some sugar... Gummy sweet and sour patches. I have a movie theater size box and just a few minutes before warming up with stretches I chew "only 2 pieces" I prefer to do this verses the opinionated responses of "You should eat toast with honey. I tried that and I didn't like it! Anyways this is my vent for today along with " FANTASTIC JOB Anita"
163.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
