Lost a little 0.4 lbs.
I'm happy with the slight weigh shift. So long as its in the right direction.
2.8 lbs left to meet my b'day weight goal. In just 9 days. Eek! Cutting it close.
138.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
