A 1000 cal is very very low. Your brain and organs need more than that to function properly. I took a look at your diet calendar. I feel like I'm peeping. But have you tried changing your percentages a little bit...that is raise your protein to say 30% of your calories lowering your carb and fat ratios accordingly. If you go down so low on calories your will likely end up ravenous and that's when cheating can happen. Eat 4-6 small meals a day but watch that half your calories aren't from carbohydrates unless you are exercising intensely. A great ratio that worked for me was 40%Protein, 40%carb, 20%Fat but I'm finding I am quite carb sensitive so I'm playing with that right now. I don't know if that helps or not...

Do not eat less - eat more! I have a low appetite and struggle to eat enough calories daily. You will NOT lose if you cut back because your metabolism will stall. Eat frequently throughout the day and eat proteins as snacks: low sodium jerky, light cheese, baked tofu, protein shakes, etc. I was very low on calories last couple weeks and lost NOTHING! SO now I am going UP in calories to get the metabolism going, and drink tons of water and exercise moderately. GOOD LUCK

A steady 1000 calories everyday is not good. When it's consistant like that, your brain is signalled that you're in starvation mode and holds onto it's energy reserves (glucose and fat) making it much harder to lose any poundage. I suggest eating healthy and natural foods such as fish, chicken breast, veggies, and lots of water. Spice it all up how ya like. Ditch the processed crap. All those carbs from the processed foods will slow your progress. Throw in some low impact longer duration cardio, and you'll start seeing those stbborn pounds finally start melting off.

As long as you eat 1000 calories or more, your body is fine. I was in a research group with a nutritionist heading the group, and we were put on a 1200 calorie a day diet. She said as long as we didn't go beneath 1000 calories a day we were good. Just make sure you're not starving yourself, and that you're drinking a lot of water. 1000 calories a day can go far if you're eating the right food.
