HCB's Journal, 18 June 2012

Probably did not eat enough calories last week to keep the metabolism going - so had a minimal loss. I know I have to eat to lose but hard to eat if I am not hungry! Seems counter-intuitive; but I get it. SO, I will eat more often and more in total this week and see if I break the stall.

By substiuting things like 2% cottage cheese instead of non fat and eating a full egg instead of just egg whites, sugar intsead of splenda would increase your calories without the amount you eat. And there is always ice cream, easy to eat when its hot.

It is so refreshing to hear someone say that they understand that they have to "eat" to lose weight. since I have been eating "clean" sometimes it is really easy to gust down to 1000-1200 calories which as a guy would put me in "starvation mode". Maybe some raw almonds or pistachios would be that extra 300-400 calorie boost you need while still sticking to your excellent diet plan! Good luck!

Minimal loss, sure, but it's still a loss! Your weight history keeps going down. That is wonderful!
