Today I am more hungry than normal. I have that jittery feeling like I need to eat something right away because my blood sugar is low. I need to re-think what I am bringing in for lunch to make better choices through out the day. I had to get a honey bun to fill me up and satisfy the jitter feelings. I didn't want to eat it, I really didn't. I have to make better food choices and get the rest of this weight off me. Thank you Lord God for this day.
