I am a mother of three and have been battling with weight loss for a few years. I joined weight watchers July last year and have lost 20 pounds since then. I am currently at a stand still. Trying to get over this hump has been challenging. I am not giving up, because this is too important. I look forward to becoming a lifetime member.

Sensa???
A colleague is using it now. She has just started so I don't know how well it is working. If you would like, I will let you know what she thinks after her first month of using sensa.

Also, she says that she is to continue to eat as she already does and exercise. She is using the weight watchers plan and hasn't been able to lose more than 20 pounds, so she wanted to try something new. I think it costs around $89.00 every two months which is basically the same amount we're paying to weight watchers for two months.

It's up to you of course, should you decide to use it.
