Just got through Day 6 and did well. Went out for dinner tonight and had a smoked salmon salad with no dressing. Have been good all day. Hope to continue.

Each good day is such an accomplishment. Good for you! I remember a tip from my first round of WW when I went to meetings. The instructor said to ask for the dressing on the side (if they don't have lite dressing, a vinegrette is your next best choice) and then dip your empty fork in the dressing and stab a mouthful of salad. It ends up being the perfect amount of dressing to flavor one bite. And the best part is that, even after eating a large salad, I always have at least half the container of dressing left over at the end!

Thanks for that tip. I have never thought of that. Last night when we went out I had a smoked salmon salad and I asked for dressing on the side. They had a quarter of lemon on the plate so I squeezed that on top and I didn't use the dressing. Well today is the morning ofday 7 for me - one week after today.You have a good day.
