Well, so much for weight loss. It's always very slow going for me. I'm trying, but seeing little - no results. I'm really tired of this. Seems like nothing but an uphill battle. On a metal slide. That's lubed.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get discouraged. It's time for change. Try changing your RDI to 1500 kcal and decrease fat percentage to 30% of RDI. See if that works. Watch your net cal to burn 1 lb fat net cal s/b 3500.
