I am a 27 year old single lady (shut UP Beyonce music playing brain!) who is training for world championships for martial arts. I love ballroom dancing, most sports (if not playing them, at least watching them), singing, and artsy stuff. Being as active as I am, I'm still about 50 lbs overweight according to the doctor's BMI chart. I could stand to loose 30-40 lbs for sure, but I'm skeptical of that stupid chart. I've tried weight watchers and that didn't really take because I just kept loosing the same 5 lbs over and over again. This time, A.) It's free, and B.) I have some gym buddies and some friends helping me out. We'll see.

Wondering about planet fitness??
It's a bare bones gym (former employee/current member). If you are looking for a gym with a pool or a sauna/steam room, this is not it. Most PF's have a 30 min workout station, a lot of cardio machines, circuit training machines, and a weights section. They all have lockers, and they all have showers. Most are clean, staff is nice, and yes, they have pizza and bagels once a month (and tootsie rolls everyday). They also have free group training sessions (one hour each, and I believe every member gets 4 free sessions at least at my PF) and they are run by a certified trainer.

Sensa... how does it work?
Ha! Good to know. Gee, who'da thunk that healthy foods and excersize did the trick?

Sensa... how does it work?
Hey guys, I'm just curious how sensa works. I know it messes with your senses, but IDk how or if it's just an appetite surpressant.
Is it, ya know... safe? Or is it a "scientific" (and I use that term VERY lightly) way to starve yourself?
