It was a fun weekend and it is going to be a great week! The sun is out and it may get above freezing - there is hope that spring will eventually get here. Feels so good to have February behind us!

I had a good weigh in on Saturday - down 1.2 lbs. I enjoyed my Saturday treat - a skinny dolce cinnamon latte from Starbucks, yum, yum. Chatted with my scrapbooking friends at the scrapbook store. That evening we had a male beauty contest as a fund raiser for our upcoming 125th community celebration this summer. OMG, I haven't laughed that hard for so long. And my husband's oldest brother (72) surprised everyone by being in it - it is so totally out of character for him! Our one bar in town was packed afterwards with everyone not wanting the evening to end! Lots of warm fuzzies generated with a fun event that brought everyone together.

Sunday after church we attended a birthday brunch for a friend, good food and visit with friends. Then my husband and I went to the dam to look for eagles to photograph. No luck with the eagle spotting but it felt good to get out and walk along the river and lake. Then we ate at my favorite authentic Mexican restraunt where I consumed all my flex points for the entire week! My gallbladder afterwards gently reminded me that I haven't consumed that much fat in one sitting for over 2 months!

Boot camp cycllng class this morning felt good and I have so many things to look forward to this week. First of all, my daughter has another ultrasound later this afternoon. At the last ultrasound at 30 weeks the baby was already 4lbs 6oz, now she is 34 weeks so we'll see if the baby is still in the 98th percentile for height and weight. Due date is April 7th by ultrasound but I think it's wrong - I'm an old nurse that finds some of the new technology not as accurate as old fashioned calculation by date which would be March 28th.

And I ordered a new lens and some other camera equipment which should arrive this week. So many hobbies, so little time!
