It felt so good to go to cycling class today and have a good workout! I'm going to ride my bike on the trainer in the morning to get the weekend off to a good start. There will be alot of eating out for the next 3 days, just hope I can make some good choices. It starts tomorrow with going out for a birthday lunch. Friday and Saturday we'll be staying in Sioux Falls with 5 other couples who have cabin fever as bad as we do! Wining and dining will be the emphasis of the weekend. Topped off with a huge brunch on Sunday before we return home. I'm hoping to at least get some exercise in using the facilities at the hotel. And I pledge NOT to eat any popcorn at the movie matinee on Saturday - so bad for you and it's not one of my favorite treats! I'll be backing some fruit and WW treats.

Looking forward to next week and working off the damage of the weekend, I have the opportunity to go to the intense boot camp cycling class 3 mornings (instead of the usual 2). I've decided if I make all the classes (I hope weather doesn't interfere), I will treat myself to a massage at the end of next week. I haven't had one since the Tour de Kota bike ride last June!

Good plan to handle the weekend and the aftermath. Yes, go for a massage! I get one once a month - it is such a good reward and we need non-food treats. I got an extra one yesterday because of my calf injury and it felt so good. My calf felt so much better afterwards. I can almost walk normally now. Pedal Pusher and I went to yoga and swam yesterday. We are hoping for a good weigh-in today at biggest loser. We found a good place for lunch and will have the black bean portabello burgers - so good and not bad for you. Have a great weekend. Don't feel guilty - invoke the 80/20 rule.

Thanks for the encouragment! I need to remind myself not to feel guilty - it's been a long time since my husband and I have been out to eat - I'm going to enjoy every morsel!
