Nibbling while cooking supper so now I have lost count of what I ate. There was some roasted chicken legs, a couple of bites of swiss cheese, a couple of prawns.

I think now that if I have supper then I will go over my limit. Lesson noted!

I did that tonight so it took me way over what I wanted to be at.......yep I thought exactly that lesson noted :)
